Parent Safety Walk Guideline

Introduce yourselves to our staff and let them know that you are part of the Parent Safety Walk!

PLEASE BRING IDENTIFICATION (You will need it to enter the school)
PROCEED TO THE MAIN OFFICE. ROOM 138.
Ask for Rose Fluellen or Aloma Blandon. They will have the ORANGE Safety Walk VESTS.
The Route and Patrol Time

Please arrive at 2:45 p.m. and “walk” until 3:45 p.m.
The areas to be patrolled are:
1. 107 Street between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues, and
2. Columbus Avenue between school and the south corner of 106th Street.
If you see anything that you feel should be reported,
please call our School Safety Officer at: (212) 678-2861 ext. 100 or 911.
If you have any questions, please call Anne Pejovich at: (212) 678-2861 ext. 144.

Please walk in pairs. There are no walkie talkies – use your cell phone.
The presence of an adult wearing the orange vests has really helped. If you have an emergency situation – obviously dial 911.
