What's new in technology in the classrooms

All the classrooms now have at least one printer/copier/scanner and from 1-4 Imacs.

Each machine presents a login list of all the students and teachers in the school.

Access is controlled by using the student ID number as a password.

All work is saved centrally, so that it can be retrieved from any Imac in the school.

Students can now create their own web pages by placing the html documents in their "sites" folder.

Their is no access to the pages from outside the school.

We hope that by December, the ability to retrieve work from the PC's in the labs and library as well will be enabled.
